Our POWERSHOT Health & Wellness Seminar Program 2025 offers two core pillars

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT and FITNESS SEMINARS

 

The program is designed for medium-large sized offices with at least 25 employees, offering a comprehensive approach to employee well-being. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with larger teams, and our customizable and scalable program ensures that your employees thrive both physically and mentally."

1. NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

I. Michelin Star Chef Robert Maas designed exclusively:

 

A. Ayurvedic Cold-Pressed Juices (4 variations are available) Nutrient-packed cold-pressed juices designed to detoxify, hydrate, and support immunity with Ayurvedic ingredients.

B. Exquisite Nut and Dehydrated Fruit Selection for Employees A delicate selection of nuts, including almonds, cashews, macadamia, and pistachios as well as an assortment of premium dried fruits that provide sustained energy and brain-boosting nutrients.

 

C. Monday Health-Shots (e.g. Wheatgrass, Beetroot, Dragon fruit, Ginger Lemon Shots) To kickstart the week, employees can enjoy nutrient-rich health shots that detoxify and boost energy.

 

2. FITNESS SEMINARS

Our fitness seminars are designed to be flexible and accessible for both in-office and remote employees. For remote and hybrid teams, we offer webinar-based workout sessions, including dynamic low-to-high-intensity workouts, Tai Chi, and Yoga, all available online for easy access from home or any location.

 

II. Renowned Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts Antonio Lauro Rodrigues and Rurik Rodrigues (in person sessions):

 

A. Jiu-Jitsu Basic Techniques Fundamental techniques that improve fitness, coordination, and mental clarity. Jiu-Jitsu also fosters self-discipline and strategic thinking, all of which benefit the workplace.

 

B. Self-Defense Techniques Self-defense techniques to enhance personal safety and boost confidence in any situation.

III. Multi Black Belt Martial Artist Cesar Arbey Gonzalez: .

 

A. Kickboxing Cardio on site-sessions. High-energy kickboxing cardio workouts that blend strength training and aerobic exercise. These sessions improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and stamina, while boosting mental clarity and focus. Kickboxing is also a powerful way to relieve stress, helping participants feel energized and confident.

 

B. Low to High Intensity webinar Workouts Dynamic low to high-intensity workout sessions designed to cater to all fitness levels. These webinars offer flexibility and convenience, while providing a comprehensive workout experience that increases mobility, builds muscle, and enhances overall wellness. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, these sessions are the perfect way to challenge yourself and stay motivated.

 

IV. Yoga and Tai Chi extraordinaire Jessica Millan Tarquino:

 

A. Tai Chi for Balance and Mindfulness in person & webinar sessions are available. Tai Chi sessions that emphasize slow, flowing movements designed to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. Tai Chi is not only a powerful tool for physical wellness but also for mental clarity and relaxation. These sessions help reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and foster a deep sense of calm, perfect for navigating both daily challenges and workplace demands.

 

B. Yoga for Flexibility and Strength, in person & webinar sessions are available. Yoga sessions that focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Yoga is an ideal practice for improv ing posture, reducing tension, and boosting mental clarity. These sessions promote both physical and emotional well-being, empowering participants to cultivate a sense of peace and focus on their lives

For optimal results we recommend at least 2 fitness sessions per week complemented by at least 2 Ayurvedic juices, 1 healthy snack unit and 1 health shot per week per employee.

His passion for high-quality, natural ingredients is reflected in these Ayurvedic-inspired beverages, which combine traditional wellness principles with his creative culinary flair.

 

Robert Maas is leading our Corporate Nutritional Support Program.

Antonio Lauro & Rurik Rodrigues

Growing up surfing the beach breaks of Quebra mar in Rio De Janeiro, Antonio Lauro Rodrigues learned to roll with the inevitable punches that come with fierce localism. Self defence wasn’t a past time. It was a necessity.

Through his connections with the Gracie family, he quickly learned their pure form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Soon BJJ became as big a part of Antonio Lauro’s life as surfing, and he began to learn from

Carlson Cracie’s protege Cassio Cardoso.

He then trained under legends Rolker and Royler Gracie, sons of the Grand Master and founder of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Helio Gracie. Antonio Lauro is one of a very small group of people who have received their black belt directly from the Gracies

.

His love for teaching others the ways of authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has grown from the purest form of the gentle art. With a lifetime of experience and a calm, disarming humbleness that conceals his impressive technical ability, Antonio Lauro connects with students of all ages and abilities in a very direct and human way.

 

He is leading our Jiu Jitsu Seminars with an emphasis on Self-defense which is ideal for females. It is a unique style of instruction that both challenges and respects students, and encourages growth in all aspects of their lives

Cesar Arbey Gonzalez

Cesar Arbey Gonzalez is a highly skilled martial artist and fitness professional, leading our kickboxing seminar (in person) and high-low intensity workout sessiuons (webinar) with passion and expertise.

He holds a black belt in Kung Fu and Combat Sanda, a red belt in Nin Jitsu (the equivalent of a black belt), and is currently awaiting his black belt in Hapkido, reflecting his deep dedication and extensive experience in martial arts. Beyond his martial arts credentials,

Cesar is also a certified expert in functional training, muscle mass development, fat loss strategies, nutrition, and healthy supplementation. He earned his professional certifications from the renowned Institute of Fitness and Health, equipping him with a well-rounded approach to fitness that combines strength, agility, and overall well-being.

 

Cesar’s diverse skill set, and comprehensive knowledge allow him to design dynamic, results-driven programs that cater to both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts. His sessions are not only focused on physical training but also on educating individuals about effective and sustainable ways to improve their health and fitness.

Jessica is a true powerhouse, bringing with her a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, including Martial Arts, CrossFit Athletics, Tai Chi, and Yoga.

Her extensive background makes her the ideal guide to help you unlock your full potential, both physically and mentally. As a Kung Fu black belt with over 100 combat competition experiences, Jessica has honed a deep understanding of discipline, focus, and mindfulness, which she seamlessly incorporates into her teaching.

 

Her approach blends strength, flexibility, and relaxation techniques, providing a holistic experience that fosters both mental and physical well-being. Jessica’s courses are available in-person and via webinar, offering flexibility for those seeking to relieve stress, gain mental clarity, and improve overall health. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, her expert guidance will empower you to cultivate balance, inner peace, and a renewed sense of vitality.

3. EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM

We will assist your company in evaluating the effectiveness of our program by.

Pre- and Post-Program Surveys: Distribute surveys before the program begins and after a set period (e.g., 6 months or a year). These can gather insights on changes in employees' physical health, mental well-being, job satisfaction, and engagement.

Regular Pulse Surveys: Conduct shorter, periodic surveys (e.g., quarterly) to track progress and gather ongoing feedback about how employees feel about the program.

Participation and Retention Rates: Track the number of employees actively participating in the program and compare this with retention rates (i.e., how many continue to engage over time). This gives insights into engagement and program effectiveness

Attendance Tracking: Monitor attendance at fitness sessions, and participation in nutrition-related activities (e.g., healthy lunches, juices, snacks). A high level of participation usually correlates with positive engagement and outcomes.

To boost participation and retention, we reward employees with a monthly free ice bath session at your office when they achieve a high engagement rate. 

Free Monthly Ice Bath: Employees who commit to participating in at least two fitness seminars per week will be eligible to receive the free monthly ice bath. This helps maximize the benefits of recovery and overall wellness.
